PolyOne acquires composites company glasforms
PolyOne, a specialty polymer provider, recently announced its acquisition of glasforms, an American manufacturer of glass fiber reinforced and carbon fiber reinforced polymers. Glasforms will be integrated into the PolyOne specialty product platform
After differential amplification and output amplifier amplificationlow noise, the transaction volume of this acquisition is US $34million. Glasforms mainly produces high-grade composite products. Its annual sales have increased by 36% since 2010. Its import volume is 1.485 million tons, and its sales in fiscal year 2012 exceeded US $50 million
